Tenancy agreement for the new rules.

From 1 May 2026 every new tenancy in England is an assured periodic tenancy: no fixed term, no more than a month's rent in advance, a deposit within the cap, and the eighteen written terms given before anyone signs. Answer the questions and the agreement is built with those terms in it, each clause naming the law it comes from.
