Possession notice, Form 3A.

Section 21 has gone. To get a property back in England you serve Form 3A, naming the ground you rely on and giving the notice period the law sets for it. Tick the grounds and say why they apply; the notice period, the earliest court date and the full legal wording of each ground are done for you.

Form 3A says you can sign it electronically or by hand. Type your name to sign it now and it appears on the notice; leave it empty and the signature line prints blank for you to sign after you print it.
