About TenancyDesk

The paperwork behind a rented property.

TenancyDesk is property compliance software for private landlords in England. It brings tenancy documents, property records and certificate dates into one place.

Who operates the service?

What the software covers

The public document library identifies which generators are available. The pricing page explains subscriptions and single-document purchases. Official government forms can also be obtained from GOV.UK.

The service covers England. It is not legal advice, a property inspection service, rent accounting or a substitute for taking any required action. The rules in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland differ.

How we prepare our guides

Our landlord guides explain a specific paperwork task and link to the official sources used, such as GOV.UK, HSE and legislation.gov.uk. Each guide shows when those sources were checked. That date is not a promise that the law or source has remained unchanged.

We distinguish legal requirements from practical filing suggestions. The guides are published by TenancyDesk, with AI-assisted drafting and source checking; they do not claim independent legal review. For an individual case, use the current official guidance and seek professional advice where needed.

To report an error, contact support@tenancydesk.org with the page address, the passage concerned and a link to the relevant source. Do not send tenant personal information with a correction.
